When you place an order with SheGleam:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances beyond our control
